Data Love Return and Refund Policy
1. Approval and Production: All custom art must be approved by the client before production. Once approved, the artwork will be produced according to the agreed specifications.
2. No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom art, we do not offer refunds after production has begun. It is essential that clients carefully review and approve their designs before proceeding.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Exchange or Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer an exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, or provide a store credit for future purchases. This is at our discretion and requires prior agreement.
5. Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
